A modern alternative to chai, containing all the traditional benefits, but with no black tea. Abundant in exotic fruits and spices, and warming to the soul. When simmered with red wine makes for a perfect “mulled wine”.

Ingredients: Apple pieces (Malus spectabilis), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Orange peels (Citrus sinensis), Rosehip shells (Rosa canina L.), Natural aromatic fruit flavour, Allspice (Pimenta dioica), Star anise (Illicium verum), Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum), Cassia (Cinnamomum cassia)*, Cornflower blossom (Centaurea cyanus).
Flavour: Aromatic, Warming & Full-bodied
Preparation: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
Mulled Wine Recipe: Add 5 teabags of Warm-Spicy Loose-Leaf tea to 1 litre of red wine. Simmer with lid on for 10 min, do not allow to boil. Serve garnished with a slice of orange. Add sugar to taste.
