Ingredients: Ginger root (Zingiber officinale)* (40%), Beetroot (Beta vulgaris)* (20%), Carrot (Daucus carota)*, Nettle (Urtica dioica)*, Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa)*, Turmeric (Curcuma longa)* (5%), Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare)*, Bilberries (Vaccinium myrtillus)*, Black pepper (Piper nigrum)*, Natural flavour.

Brewing

Preparation: Place 1-2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea in a teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
