Ingredients

Ingredients: Rooibos (Aspalathus Linearis), Rose Petals (Rosa spectabilis).

Flavour: Similar to black tea but smooth.

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength. Serve with or without milk, hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste.
