Ingredients: Lemon myrtle (Backhousia citriodora)* (50%), Ginger root (Zingiber officinale)* (40%), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)*.

Flavour: Vibrant lemon with a spicy undertone 

Preparation: Place 1 teaspoon per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey to taste. Serve without milk.
