Ingredients: Ginger Root (zingiber officinale)*, Lemongrass (cymbypogan citrates)*, Echinacea (echinacea purpurea)*, White Tea (camellia sinensis)*.

Flavour: Lemon ginger

Brewing

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 7-10 minutes for the desired taste. Best served without milk, with honey, hot or chilled.
