Flavour: Fragrant Bergamot

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes for the desired strength. Serve hot or chilled, with or without milk, with honey or lemon to taste.
