Ingredients: Black tea (Camellia sinensis)*, Cassia (Cinnamomum cassia)*, Ginger (Zingiber officinale)*, Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)*, Cardamom (Elettaria Cardamomum)*, Cloves (Syzygium aromaticum)*.

Flavour: Deep & Exotic Spice

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or a teapot and add boiling water. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes for the desired strength. Serve with a dash of milk, lemon or honey, with or without milk.

Chai Latte Recipe: 1 tsp tea in half a cup of water, allow to steep, then fill the rest of the cup with warm milk or soy milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon to decorate.
