Perfect for sipping slowly, this semi-oxidised oolong sits beautifully between green and black tea in both flavour and strength.

 

Ingredients: Oolong Tea (Camellia sinensis).

Flavour: Brandy

Preparation: Oolong should be consumed without milk & infused at 85-90 degrees celsius to prevent scalding of the leaves that can be re-infused several times. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
